Drop-in: Searching for Systematic Reviews

Drop-in: Searching for Systematic Reviews

Attend this drop-in for King's College London staff and students if you would like to discuss your search strategy or database query with a librarian or have any questions about the advanced searching skills required when undertaking a systematic review.

The drop-in will be held on a website called Gather. Please use this link to Gather to come to the drop-in (please note that you will only be able to enter the space during the session as it is password protected at other times). There is no need to book your place.

Information about Gather:

1) When you click to open Gather for the first time you will be asked to create a character. This is what others will see when you walk around the Gather space. If you do not wish to create a character the default will be used.

  • Press 'Next step'
  • Enter your name
  • Click 'Join the Gathering' to access the drop-in.

2) You will be met by a librarian when you enter the space who will explain how Gather works.

3) You will have the option to use your mic, to turn your webcam on, and to share your screen. It will be most useful if you have access to a mic to speak to the librarian. You do not have to use your video if you would prefer not to.
