Libraries & Collections - Study Space Booking

Study Pods

Study Pods are available at the Maughan Library, these are non-bookable spaces, see the floor plans or ask a member of staff where they are.

The Weston Education Centre and St Thomas' House libraries each have two bookable Study Pods and there are five at the Franklin Wilkins Library. You can book them via the Study Space Booking system below.

Note, these pods can be used for single occupancy and except for at St Thomas' House they are not sound-proofed.

The person making the booking is accountable for the conduct of the group.

If your conduct falls below the expected standards, this will be regarded as a breach of Libraries & Collections Policy. As a result, you can be asked to leave the library, you will be required to attend an interview with a senior member of library staff, and a letter can be sent to your department. The matter can also be escalated in line with College’s Misconduct Procedure.
