LIB262: Advanced Searching For Systematic Reviews February 2023 In-Person

This six-week online course will support you in developing the advanced searching skills you need to develop a robust Systematic Review search strategy. Each week focuses on a different topic and you are expected to complete assignments and activities on these topics to progress and complete the course. There are no timetabled sessions for this course, you are able to complete the work at a time convenient to you each week. These topics will include:

  • Refining your research question
  • Advanced search tools and techniques
  • Using tools to appraise strategies published by your peers and published researchers
  • Exploring Grey Literature relevant to your topic

Sign up to this course if you are:

  • A taught or research Postgraduate student
  • Completing a Systematic Review search protocol on a Health subject as part of your studies
  • Completing a full Systematic Review on a Health subject as part of your studies

This iteration of the course will run:

Mon 20th February-Sunday 2nd April 2023. There are no timetabled sessions to attend, work is set on a weekly basis and you are free to complete it on a day and time convenient to you before the given deadline.
