Of interest to all library staff supporting NHS staff the conference will consist of a mix of lightning talks and longer presentations focussing on sharing best practice, innovation and offering a chance for staff to reconnect.

Places will initially be available to all staff working in a SLLIB library (please see this list if you aren’t sure) and then, if spaces remain, to other NHS-facing & Clinical Librarians in London & South East.

Want to share your work and research at the conference?
We welcome submissions from all library staff for either a 20 minute presentation or short 8 minute Lightning Talk. We’re keen to showcase work which has made an impact for your service, innovative practice, and examples of partnership working. We particularly welcome submissions from library assistants and early career library staff.
You may like to consider work you have done to support areas such as: Health literacy and patient information; Mobilising evidence and knowledge; Quality and impact; Resource discovery; or Workforce planning and development. Or any other initiative you wish to share.
Tell us what you would like to share with the conference attendees via our Submit a proposal form.
The closing date for submitting your proposal is Monday 3rd March 2025 at 5pm. Please note we aim to include a variety of topics and if multiple submissions are on the same topic, we may not be able to accept all of them.
If you have any questions, please contact Sonya Di Giorgio, SLLIB Chair.
